01

Every clip is one move

No ten-minute breakdown with the good part at 6:40. One move, named, with the cue that makes it work.

02

Keeping it takes one tap

Double-tap and it's in your bag. No playlist to build, no folder to name, nothing to sort out later.

03

Your bag becomes real

Watch a thousand, keep six. Over time those six stop being a list on your phone and start being moves you have.

The honest part
You're going to scroll anyway.

Two hours a night is going somewhere regardless. This is the version where it ends up in your handle.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are billed by Apple, so they are cancelled through Apple — not in the app.

  1. Open Settings on your iPhone
  2. Tap your name at the top
  3. Tap Subscriptions
  4. Tap Hoopscroll, then Cancel Subscription

You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

I paid, but the app says I'm not subscribed

This usually means the app is signed in to a different Apple Account than the one that bought it. Open the paywall and tap Restore. If that doesn't fix it, email us with the date of purchase and we'll sort it out.

My saved moves disappeared

Saves are stored on your device, not on a server, so deleting and reinstalling the app clears them. We're working on making saves survive a reinstall.

A video won't play or the feed is stuttering

Force-quit the app and reopen it first. If it keeps happening, email us with your device model, your iOS version, and roughly where in the feed it happened — that's usually enough to reproduce it.

Requesting a move, or reporting a bad one

Email the move name. If a clip is mislabelled, shows the wrong hand, or teaches something incorrectly, we want to know — say which move and what's wrong with it.

Refunds

Apple handles all refunds for App Store purchases; we can't issue them. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. Email us anyway if something went wrong — it's useful to know.
